EE WAS OPERATING HAUL TRUCK. WAS HAULING PRODUCTION MATERIAL FROM THE PIT DOWN TO THE PRIMARY. WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD, THE EE GOT THE TIRES IN MUD AND ROLLED THE TRUCK ON ITS SIDE.
