Narrative

EE WAS WORKING INSIDE OF DRAGLINE TUB WHEN HE CLAIMS HE DROPPED GRINDER ON HIS LEFT KNEE. I OBSERVED A 2 OR 3 CM LACERATION TO HIS LEFT KNEE. I CLEANED THE WOUND AND DRESSED IT.
