EMPLOYEE WAS WELDING WEAR BARS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DRAGLING BUCKET. HE SET UP A WIRE FEED WELDER TO RUN ON A TRACK TORCH. HE PROCEEDED TO WELD ON THE BARS WITH ANOTHER WELDING MACHINE. AFTER ALMOST A FULL SHIFT OF WELDING HE NOTICED HE HAD FLASHED HIS EYES.
