Narrative

THREE EMPLOYEES WERE LOADING A 5' DRILL SUB ONTOTHE BACK OF A PICKUP (SUB IS ~60"" LONG, 7"" DIAM.& 465 LB). WHILE LIFTING SUB, EE FELT PAIN IN HIS LEFT ARM. INJURY REQUIRED SURGERY.
