HE WAS USING A TUBE WRENCH TO REMOVE A CONNECTORTUBE FROM A ROD IN THE TABLE. HE PUSHED DOWN ON THE WRENCH VIGOROUSLY. THE WRENCH SLIPPED OFF THE TUBE PINCHING THE FINGER AGAINST A WRENCH STOP ON THE TABLE.
