WHILE USING AN AIR LANCE TO UNPLUG AN AIR SLIDE, RAW MIX FLUSHED BACK OUT OF THE PORT HOLE INTO THE EMPLOYEE'S EYES. THE INJURY IS REPORTABLE DUE TO PRESCRIPTION EYE DROPS.
