DEGREE 6 THIS WAS AN OVER SIGHT ON MY PART-THIS INJURY OCCURED 5-22 ON 6-6-01 DLT CAME AND TOLD ME TO TAKE A DEGREE 6. SLAG FLEW OFF WELD LOGGING UNDER THE COLLAR OF HIS WELDING COAT.
