EE WAS LOADING BOLTS & PLATES INTO SCOOP BUCKET. HE WAS CRAWLING BACK TO GET ON SCOOP, A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL OUT BETWEEN BOLTS AND STRUCK HIM ON THE BACK. EE REPORTED ACCIDENT TO UNIVERSAL COAL SERVICES ON 8-11-01.
