Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS PLACING A BAG ON A PALLET WHEN HIS FOOT CONTACTED A WET SPOT, CAUSING HIM TO SLIP AND FALL OFF THE TRUCK. HIS RIGHT ELBOW RECEIVED A MINOR SCRAPE AND SUSTAINED A SPRAIN IN THE PRO CESS. THIS RESULTED IN TWO DAYS LOST TIME.
