AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE GALATIA NORTH 4TH WEST HEADGATE ENTRY #2 AT 1925' WEST. THE FALL WAS APPROX 40' LONG, APPROX. 30' WIDE, AND APPROX 6-10' THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFE CT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS.
