Narrative

EMPLOYEE MOVED A PORTABLE F.K. PUMP. HE WENT TO THE HOSE HOUSE TO CHANGE THE HOSE THRU WHICH CEMENT WAS TO BE PUMPED. THE EMPLOYEE REMOVED THE WRONG HOSE. HE REMOVED THE ONE THAT WAS IN USE, A ND WHEN HE DID SO, HE WAS HIT IN THE FACE WITH A BLAST OF CEMENT. EMPLOYEE GOT CEMENT IN BOTH EYES.
