EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING WATER PUMP ON PL-E TRYING TO LINE UP BOLT HOLES, FELT SOMETHING PULL IN BACK OF NECK. EMPLOYEE TRATED HIMSELF UNTIL 8/27 THEN WE TOOK HIM TO THE DOCTOR.
