WHILE STEPPING OFF AN 830E 240 TON HAUL TRUCK THE EMPLOYEE TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE. THE PAIN CONTINUED AND THE INJURY FINALLY REQUIRED SURGICAL REPAIR ON 8/24/01. EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO WORK ON NE XT SHIFT LIGHT DUTY.
