EMPLOYEES WERE USING A CHAINFALL & AN EYBOLT TO LIFT A HOPPER SECTION WEIGHING ~750 LB. THE WEIGHT OF THE HOPPER SECTION BROKE THE EYEBOLT. ONE EMPLOYEE WAS INJURED WHEN HE TRIED TO STOP THE HOPPER SECTION FROM HITTING HIM.
