Narrative

EE'S INJURY WAS RE-DIAGNOSED SEVERAL DAYS AFTER THE ORIGINAL ACCIDENT REPORT AS TRAUMATIC CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME. HE WAS REFERRED TO A PHYSICIAN IN PINSON, ALABAMA FOR A NEW TYPE OF CHIROPRATI C TREATMENT INVOLVING WRIST AND HAND EXERCISES AND COLD LASER TREATMENT OF THE MEDIAN NERVE TO REDUCE NERVE SWELLING. THESE TREATMENTS LASTED FROM APPROXIMATELY SEPT 2001 UNTIL JANUARY 2002.
