EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING TOP WHEN THE DRILL BIT BROKE. HE CONTINUED TO PUT UP PRESSURE ON THE DRILL STEEL WHICH BROKE AND HIT HIM ABOVE THE RIGHT EYE.
