EMPLOYEE'S ACCIDENT BECAME REPORTABLE AFTER HE WAS PULLED OUT OF WORK ON AUG.6TH FOR SURGERY. HE DIDN'T REQUIRE ANY TREATMENT AFTER HE WAS FIRST INJURED AND RETURNED TO WORK ON HIS NEXT SHIFT.
