Narrative

AS EE WAS USING AN END WRENCH TO TIGHTEN A BOLT ON A HITACHI EX3500 SHOVEL, HE STRAINED A MUSCLE IN HIS CHEST. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO UTILIZE AN AIR IMPACT WRENCH. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE GI BSON GENERAL ER FOR TREATMENT.
