BOILER FLAME FAILURE CAUSED THE GENERATOR TO BE SHUT DOWN DUE TOLOSS OF STEAM PRESSURE. THE BOILER WAS RELIT AND THE HOIST WAS MANUALLY RESET. THE MINE WAS EVACUATED IMMEDIATELY. MINERS RETURN ED U/G WHEN BOILER RELIT AND HOIST CHECKED.
