AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE MAIN WEST ENTRY #8 AT 11,300 WEST. THE FALL WAS APPROX. 30FT LONG, 20FT WIDE AND 6-8FT THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINER S. THE FALL WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP.
