Narrative

WHILE LIMBING A FALLEN TREE THE CHAIN SAW KICKEDBACK AND CUT EMPLOYEE ON THE LEFT LEG ABOVE THE KNEE. SURGERY WAS REQUIRED TO REPAIR LACERATION.EMPLOYEE IS EXPECTED TO RETURN TO WORK IN 6-12 WEEKS.
