Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS DRILLING HOLES IN THE MINE FLOOR WITH AN AIR POWERED DRILL. AS HE PULLED THE DRILL/STEEL OUT OF THE FLOOR THE BIT GOT STUCK. THE EMPLOYEE PULLED UP ON THE DRILL, WHICH CAUSED A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
