BROKEN PILLER BLOCK BEARING. ROCK STUCK ON SHAFT. EE WAS PRYING BROKEN ROCK OFF SHAFT WITH LADY SLIPPER PRYBAR WHEN IT SLIPPED AND CAUGHT HIM IN THE RIGHT EYE WITH BLUNT END OF PRYBAR.
