Narrative

HE WAS HELPING WITH REPAIRS TO THE COAL CHUTE AND WELDED SOME TO HELP OUT THE WELDER MAN. IN WATCHING THE WELDING AND WELDING HIMSELF HE GOT FLASHES FROM THE ARCS AND BURNED HIS EYES.
