A BAR WAS LAYING IN THE COMPARTMENT OF THE FEEDER & SOMEHOW IT ROLLED OVER TO THE STAB JACK & WHEN STAB JACK WAS RAISED IT THREW THE BAR OUT & STRUCK HIM OVER HIS LEFT EYE - REQUIRING STITCHES .
