AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE 6TH WEST HEADGATE BETWEEN #2 AND #1 ENTRY (6057' #2 6090""#1). THE FALL WAS APPROX. 60'LONG X 18'WIDEX 10'THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS. IT WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP.
