AN EMPLOYEE OPERATING SCOOP WITH ROCK DUSTER IN THE BUCKET ASKED INJURED AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO GET IN THE BUCKET WITH THE ROCK DUSTER TO KEEP IT FROM GETTING CLOGGED. THE EMPLOYEE OPERATING SCOOP HIT SOMETHING CAUSING ROCK DUSTER TO SLIDE PINNING HIS LEG AGAINST SCOOP BUCKET.
