EMPLOYEE REPORTED: ON 10/24/01 EMPLOYEE REPORTS THAT HE ""THINKS"" WHEN BOARDING THE MANTRIP AT END OF PREVIOUS WORK SHIFT, HE MAY HAVE BUMPED HIS LEFT SHIN AGAINST THE FRAME OF THE MANTRIP. HIS SHIN APPEARED TO HAVE A BAD RASH, NOT A CON-TUSION. EMPLOYEE BEGAN MISSING SCHEDULED WORK DAYS 10/25/01. ACORDIA WAS CONTACTED TO INVEST- IGATE ALL MEDICAL THAT RELATES TO THE CLAIM.
