EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING OUT OF THE BACK OF HIS PICK UP TRUCK, HE STEPPED DOWN FROM THE REAR BUMPER.HE PLACED HIS RIGHT FOOT ON A ROCK. THE ROCK ROLLED, CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO SPRAIN HIS RIGHT ANKLE.
