EE WAS HELPING SERVICE A 988 LOADER. AS HE CLIMBED OVER THE TIRE ONTO THE PLATFORM HE TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE. HIS KNEE CONTINUED TO BOTHER HIM & ON 10/22/01 HE WENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT.
