EMPLOYEE WAS DISMOUNTING A BACKHOE WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL. HE STRUCK HIS ELBOW ON THE GROUND. HE SUSTAINED A CHIP TO HIS LEFT ELBOW.
