THE CABLES ARE SUPPORTED ON A FLAT AT A POINT ABOUT MIDWAY BETWEEN DREDGE AND THE SHORE. THE FLATS ARE MADE OF TWO 500 GALLON PROPANE TANKS FASTENED TOGETHER WITH METAL BRACES.
