EE GOT OFF HIS SHUTTLE CAR TO HELP MOVE THE MINER CABLE. HE RAN HIS HEAD INTO THE TOP. STUCKED HIS NECK. HE WENT TO THE DR ON 11-5-01 AT WHICH TIME HE RECEIVED SOME PAIN MEDICATION. MANAGEMENT BECAME AWARE OF THIS ON 11-6-01.
