EE WAS HANGIUNG A NEW ROLL OF LEAKY FEEDER CABLE FROM THE RIB MESH USING A BAR THRU CABLE ROLL. THE ROLL SLIPPED CAUSING THE ROLL AND BAR TO STRIKE HIM IN THE LEFT HAND AND WRIST.
