ON 10/9 01 MCC REC'D LETTER FROM THE EE'S ATTORNEY CLAIM ING BACK INJ LEFT ELBOW, TOXIC EXPOSURE LUNGS DUE TO NEW INJURIES OF LEFT ELBOW & TOXIC EXPOSURE WE HAVE OPENED A NEW CLAIM ALONG WITH OLD CLAIM
