EE WAS WALKING DOWN SLOPE TO CLEAN OUT AROUND 13 HP FLYGHT PUMP ON WEST SIDE OF SLOPE, WHEN HE STEPPED ON WET GUNITE CAUSING HIM TO SLIP AND FALL ON HIS LEFT ANKLE.
