INDIVIDUAL WAS IN KNEELINE POSITION ALONG BRLT PREPARING TO SQUARE IT FOR A SPLICE. AS HE PULLED HIS KNIFE THROUGH THE BELT, IT CAME OUT AND HE STABBED HIS LEG.
