INDIVIDUAL FELT A PAIN IN HIS LEFT KNEE AFTER RISING FROM A KNEELING POSITION. THERE WAS NO MECHANISM OF INJURY. NO SLIP, TRIP, FALL, OR TWISTING INVOLVED. THIS IS AN OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS.
