Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING THE DREDGE WHEN HE START-ED FEELING CHEST PAINS. HE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL TO BE LOOKED AT AND THEY SENT HIM TO OMAHA BY AMBULANCE WHERE HE DID END UP HAVING A HEART ATTACK.
