EE HAD COMPLAINED OF RT KNEE HURTING BEFORE STARTING OF SHIFT. AFTER GOING UNDERGROUND KNEE STARTED HURTING WORSE. AT THIS TIME EE HAD ONLY WORKED AT THIS MINE 4 HRS. I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT EE UNTIL 11/23/01 TO GET INFORMATION FOR THIS REPORT.
