Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING A RETURN AIRCOURSE ON A WEEKLY EXAMINATION. HE STRAINED HIS RIGHT ACHILLES TENDON. EMPLOYEE HAD PREVIOUSLY INJURED HIS ACHILLES TENDON. THERE WAS NOT ANY DAMAGE TO THE MIN ING OPERATION OR EQUIPMENT. NO OTHER FACTORS WERE INVOLVED.
