THIS EMPLOYEE HAD A FOREIGN BODY FALL INTO HIS LEFT EYE AS HE OPERATED A JUMBO DRILL. THE EMPLOYEE WAS INSIDE THE DRILL'S ENCLOSED CAB WHEN THE FOREIGN BODY ENTERED HIS EYE.
