EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO MOVE THE MINER CABLE OUT OF THE HAUL ROAD WHEN HE T3WISTED HIS BACK AND RIGHT KNEE. THE EE'S KNEE CONTINUED TO BOTHER HIM AND 0ON 12-4-01 HE BEGAN PHYSICAL THERAPY ON HIS RIGHT KNEE.
