EE HAD PUT UP RIB BOLT AND WAS MOVING OVER TO INSTALL SECOND BOLT. HE HEARD ROCK STARTING TO BREAK AND FALL. HE STARTED MOVING TOWARD BACK OF PINNER. FALLING ROCK STRUCK HIS FOOT.
