EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS INSTALLING ROOF BOLTS ON THE EAST MAINS RETURN OVERCAST. WHILE DRILLING A HOLE A SMALL ROCK STRUCK HIM ON THE RIGHT KNEE.
