Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING UP INTO SCOOP BUCKET TO MOVE BATTERY CHARGER OUT OF THE WAY. THE SCOOP OPERATOR LET THE SCOOP BUCKET DOWN ON HIS FOOT WHILE HE WAS GETTING INTO SCOOP BUCKET. THIS RESULTED IN A SPRAINED FOOT.
