EMPLOYEE WAS ROOF BOLTING. EMPLOYEE LOWERED THE DRILL HEAD TO INSTALL ROOF BOLT. THE DRILL HEAD WAS DROPPED ON EMPLOYEE'S LEFT KNEE WHICH IN TURN TWISTED HIS LEFT ANKLE.
