EE WAS DRIVING A 240 TON PRODUCTION TRUCK TO HAUL PLANT GOBBER REJECT MATERIAL. WHILE POSITIONING THE TRUCK FOR LOADING, HE DROVE OVER A LEDGE, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK AND JARRING TH E DRIVER. HE SAW A PHYSICIAN THE NEXT DAY WHO DIAGNOSED ACUT LUMBAR & CERVICAL STRAIN AND TOOK EE OFF WORK.
