EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A ROOF BOLT WHEN HE NOTICED THE PLATE SPUN IN THE WRONG DIRECTION THAT HE WAS WANTING IT TO BE IN. HE WAS RAISING THE BOLT AT THE SAME TIME HE TRIED TO SPIN THE PLATE. IT CAUGHT HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER BETWEEN ROOF ANDPLATE. 14 STITCHES INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.
