EMPLOYEE SLIPPED ON ICE AND INJURED RIGHT KNEE. HE WAS SEEN BY A PHYSICIAN WHO DRAINED BLOOD FROM THE KNEE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS REFERRED TO AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON. THE EMPLOYEE WAS UNABLE TO REPOR T FOR HIS NEXT SCHEDULED SHIFT AND IT IS NOT KNOWN WHEN HE WILL RETURN.
